Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 350g tea biscuits
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- Blend the biscuits finely in a blender, place them in a bowl and set aside.
- Peel the bananas and mash them finely with a fork and place in a bowl with pre-blended biscuits.
- Mix the two ingredients by hand until they become like dough.
- ?ake small balls of the mixture with your hands and place them on a plate.
- Put the coconut in a separate bowl.
- Roll each ball in the coconut until completely covered with coconut.
- Put the covered coconut balls in the fridge for 1 hour and 30 minutes and serve.
