This recipe uses sour cream and condensed milk. A summertime favorite dessert and fabulously easy. A homemade graham cracker crust is better, if you have time to make it. You can garnish with thin slices of lime and whipped cream.
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup key lime juice
1 tablespoon grated lime zest
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine together sour cream, lime rind, condensed milk and lime juice.
Mix until well combined and pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake for 5-8 minutes in preheated oven. Do not Brown!
Before serving chill pie thoroughly.
Garnish with lime slices and if desired with whipped cream.
