These Deep Dark Chocolate Fudge Brownies are some of the best-ever. I think they will be your new favorite dessert in no time. Total time to make this brownies is 55 minutes.

Serves: 48

What you will need:

4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

8 oz unsweetened chocolate chips

2 Tbsps vanilla extract

1 tsp – 2 tsp instant espresso powder – (If you want stronger flavor use 2 tsps)

6 cups white sugar

2 tsps salt

24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

10 eggs

2 1/2 cups unsalted butter

How to make:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

With cooking spray grease a 9×13 baking pan and set aside.

In a large saucepan melt the chocolate and butter together stirring constantly.

In a large bowl beat together the eggs, vanilla, and sugar using an electric mixer about 2 minutes until creamy.

In the chocolate butter mixture add this mixture until smooth.

After that add the salt, flour and espresso powder until smooth.

Into the prepared pan spread the butter. Bake for 35-45 minutes.

Before cutting into bars allow brownies to cool if you can overnight.

You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar or you can frost them.

Serve and Enjoy!
