This Cool Cucumber Dill Dressing recipe is so good, you may just never go back to bottles or powders ever again!
Notes
If you want to use this as a dip, just combine everything, and leave it a little chunkier.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs dried dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbs chives, minced
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 2 cups cucumbers, peeled & chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine everything, and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
