This easy recipe lets the creamy, rich avocado flavor take center stage. It’s a great complement to any Mexican meal, & also makes a great sandwich spread.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 small tomato
- 3 scallions
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel avocados and remove the pit
- Smash with a spoon in a large bowl
- Add onion, garlic, tomato, scallions, lime juice, salt and pepper
- Stir well
- Cover and refridgerate for around 20 minutes.
