Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Slow cooker French dip sandwiches are an easy Sunday meal.  A beef roast is cooked low and slow in a rich beef stock until it becomes tender and literally falls apart.  The meat is then tucked into a soft roll and served with au jus.
