Not only is this amazing and deliciously rich no-bake chocolate cheesecake dessert, it is also easy to make. It’s the best no-bake chocolate cheesecake.
For the Crust:
7 ounces (about 2 cups) chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
7 tablespoons butter, melted
For the cheesecake
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) powdered sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) bittersweet chocolate, melted
To make the crust:
In a bowl using an electric mixer beat together the melted butter, chocolate graham crumbs and sugar, until the mixture looks wet and sandy.
Into 9-inch springform pan, evenly press the crust mixture, into the bottom and up the sides. While making the filling, refrigerate.
To make the filling:
In a bowl using an electric mixer beat the cream cheese, for 1-2 minutes until creamy.
Add in powdered sugar and continue beating, until combined. Then, add in vanilla and sour cream and beat again. Add in the melted chocolate and beat for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture is fluffy.
Evenly, spread the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until chilled.
