Rich and Creamy No-Bake Cheesecake Recipe.
Ingredients:
For the crust:
1 sleeve graham crackers crushed
5 tbsp butter melted
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
For the filling:
1 cup heavy cream
2 block cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
Directions:
To make the crust:
In a bowl beat together butter, salt, sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
Across the bottom of an 8” springform pan press the mixture and up the sides to form the crust.
To make the filling:
In a bowl using an electric mixer, beat heavy cream for 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl beat together sour cream and cream cheese, until smooth. Then add in vanilla, salt, powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Into cream cheese mixture, gently fold the whipped cream. Pour the mixture over crust and using offset spatula, smooth the top.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
