Easy Chocolate Poke Cake Recipe

This Chocolate Cake is a combination of Baileys Irish Cream, Hot fudge, Kahlua, Vodka and sweetened condensed milk. Perfect dessert for chocolate lover’s.

Ingredients:

8 ounces ( 225 grams ) Cool Whip

2 tbsps Baileys Irish Cream

2 tbsps Kahlua

2 tbsps vodka

12 ounce ( 340 grams ) jar hot fudge

14 ounce ( 395 grams ) can sweetened condensed milk

1 box devil’s food cake mix

Shaved chocolate for garnish

Directions:

According to the directions on the box devil’s food cake mix, bake the cake.

From the oven remove the cake and using a fork or a skewer poke the holes all over the top.

In a bowl, combine together the vodka, Baileys, Kahlua, hot fudge sauce and sweetened condensed milk. Using an electric mixer beat all ingredients, until smooth.

All over the cake slowly drizzle the mixture.

Set aside and let cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.

Over the top of the cake spread the Cool Whip, top with the shaved chocolate and refrigerate again for 1 hour. Serve cold and Enjoy!
