This Chocolate Fudge Cake is the easiest recipe to make, if you are looking for an decadent, yummy and and quick cake recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup water, boiling
2 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
3 sq melted and cooled, unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
2 cups All Purpose Flour
Directions:
Combine together salt, baking soda and flour.
In large mixer bowl beat the butter. Add eggs and brown sugar, and continue beating about 3 minutes or until creamy.
Add in chocolate and vanilla and continue beating.
In the chocolate mixture add dry ingredients and sour cream. Continue beating on low speed until smooth.
Add in water – boiled.
Into 9” round cake pans, pour the mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350ºF.
On wire racks cool for 10 minutes, Then, to cool completely remove the cake from pans.
With your favorite frosting, frost the cake.
