This Damn Delicious Chocolate Bundt Cake is packed with unadulterated chocolate flavor and goodness. I think this is the one and only chocolate bundt cake recipe you’ll ever need.
What you will need:
2 small boxes chocolate pudding mix
2 boxes chocolate fudge cake mix
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
About 1 1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips, for garnish
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
With cooking spray grease a large bundt pan and set aside.
In a bowl combine the pudding mix, oil, eggs, cake mix, sour cream and buttermilk and beat with electric mixer on medium-low speed.
Beat for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Move into the prepared pan and smooth out the top.
Than bake for 45-55 minutes. Let cool completely before displace onto a wire rack.
To make the ganache in a microwave-safe bowl put the heavy cream 2 cups of the semi-sweet chocolate chips and microwave for 45 seconds.
Than microwave for another 30 seconds or until smooth.
Let the ganache at room temperature before pouring over the cake.
You can decorate with chocolate chips, nuts, or what you have at home.
Cut into slices and serve.
