This Chocolate Bundt Cake with Rich Chocolate Ganache is luscious, rich and decadent. It is super moist and easy to make. Here is the recipe:
For the cake:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 package (4 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 3⁄4 cups water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 package (18 1/4 ounce) devil’s food cake mix
For the Chocolate Glaze
2 tbsps melted butter
1 cup powdered sugar (10X)
2 -3 tbsps hot water
3 tbsps cocoa
Preheat the oven to 350°. Flour and grease bundt cake pan and set aside.
In a bowl combine together pudding mix, cake mix and chocolate chips.
In a separate bowl combine together eggs, vanilla and water. Using an electric mixer beat all ingredients, until mixture will be grainy.
Gently combine dry mixture and egg mixture. Beat until smooth.
Into the prepared pan pour the mixture.
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
Before removing cake from the pan, cool 15-20 minutes.
When the cake is completely cool, with Chocolate Glaze drizzle the cake.
To make the chocolate glaze, all ingredients add in a bowl and beat until smooth.
